You think that would be tough? The morons in the AZ legislature came up
with a ban on text messaging while driving. Dialing and talking on a cell
phone is still quite legal. I've asked several cops about this and they
basically think the law is a joke. There is no way for a cop to tell if
someone is text messaging or dialing a phone.
