Thanks you so much! This explains why the bike was leaking gas when
parked. DOH!
Check to see if fuel ran into your oil.
How does one check that??
Depends on the bike, but I doubt if it's half the tank. Usually it's a
half gallon or less...
See, I had the Fuel indicator set to "ON" and while I was riding after
about 130 Miles on a full tank, it sputtered and stopped and I
couldn't restart. Switched to "reserve" and had no issues starting and
driving to a gas station. After filling 2 gallons, the tank was at
"full". That's why I asked about how much the reserve holds...
