yeah. really short people.

More specifically, really short-legged people[1] - I find the pegs put too
much of a bend on my knees even with my 26" inseam... the reach to the bars
on my ZZR1100 is fine, though, and like others have said, once the wind hits
your head and chest at anything above 80mph the weight comes off the wrists
and there's relief from the aches in my shoulders and neck - compared to my
VMax, where anything above 80 mph stretches my arms and gives me aches and
pains in my pec's and biceps, the sporty(ish) riding position on the ZZR
makes a lot of sense for long, fast rides but not for around town.
