Hardly. If the Israelis had actually wanted to commit genocide in Lebanon,
practically everyone there would have been dead in just a few hours. (Can
you say "Nukes"? Good! I knew you could!)

Fact is that if the terrorists stopped shooting at the Israelis, there would
be peace tomorrow.

Whereas, if the Israelis stopped shooting at the terrorists tomorrow, the
Israelis would all be dead inside of a week.

Until you can deal with that fact, you're not playing with a full deck.
