I know what you mean about being carefull. I've done more damage to myself trying to stay fit riding a bike than I've ever done at the track or on the street riding motorcycles.
On of my competitors goes by the moniker of Titanium Cranium cause of them damn dirt bikes!
I just got my road bicycle back together last week from a hit by a left turner. Plan on riding a few miles on the 4th. (I feel foolish on a bicycle wearing body armour, but it doesn't hurt so much when I fall.)
