I want to change out my tank. I came into a tank for my 2006 Heritage
that is off a carbureted model.

I never realised Harley's could be SO exciting.

My question is, can I convert that
tank to be used on an EFI bike?

You can convert just about anything if you have the tools and a few
pictures/ideas of what's needed.

If you're going to drill, cut, or otherwise get "sparky" with the tank,
first run a pipe from an exhaust system of a running vehicle and direct the
gases into the tank. Do it for 1/4 hour and that should see all the
flammable stuff beaten into submission, allowing you to spark all you want.
