I'm not talking about being paranoid here--just curious as to how many
of us can't reasonably see and identify vehicles that are in motion
behind us while we ride.
One of my major concerns about riding a motorcycle is the rider's
compromised view of their backside. Is there an SUV tailgating me? Is
that a cop pacing me? Is the person coming behind me at the stop light
really slowing down? It's always been a distraction to stare into the
mirrors, trying to identify the road situation behind me.
The inherent design of the motorcyle that places the rider in the
center (for good reason) unfortunately creates a major blind spot in
our rear vision.
Do you think your rear vision with stock mirrors is compromised (at
best)?
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I have no trouble seeing behind me when I ride.

That's why they made those mirror thingies adjustable. ;-)
