MSF website problem?

I heard about the MSF video "Group Riding" and have been trying to download
it for a couple of days with no luck. Here's the URL of the page that
links to it:

And here is what I think is the URL for the actual video itself:
http://www.msf-usa.org/downloads/MSF-GroupRide.wmv

Has anyone had any luck actually getting the full download? I sure haven't
during a number of attempts this weekend.
