I'm not saying people should risk other people's safety on public
highways. But it is possible that someone is good enough to ride
their bike like a unicycle safely.
There's a much greater chance that he's an idiot. He's betting his life that
all the cars around him do not carry a cell-phone addicted driver. There's
almost a 100% chance he's an idiot.
Granted, there are people who think they can toss back a few drinks
before hitting the road. Some are pretty adamant about it. These
people are sharing the road with you too. And you may not know who
they are just by watching them drive.
Tell me about it. I got crippled by one. I have a very, very low tolerance for
idiots.
