I found out how.

Actually the vjmc.org is the link you want. And I just learned after paying
membership you need a secret word to type into the URL address window
(actually you need an entirely different URL the vjmc.org (plus more) to
access the magazine and classified ads. They finally sent me the secret
word etc. But it took a couple of emails.
