If he had the card in his hand he should've gave it to the tow truck
driver since he didn't ,you should've been able to arrange with AAA to
take care of the charges because of the fact that it was one of there
vendors and you were unable at the time to make proper arrangements on
your own .
A good idea to do next time is get a card made up of three emergency
numbers numbered 1-3 with the #1 being the first to call of course and
also have on it that you wish AAA to tow it and if not have your
emergency contact take care of it for you ,but i would still call AAA
and ask them if you are in an accident and you are unable to arrange the
tow service ,do they have a standard operating procedure for this
situation .
