Cost to rebuild HD 1340 Evo

I was poking around Ebay looking at Harleys when I saw a Dyna Wide
Glide (my favorite HD) with 45k miles on it in nice shape for a decent
price. My question to the HD owners/wrenches on reeky is - assuming it
needs a rebuild (either now or soon) what would it entail and what
would the cost be? With proper maintenance would it possibly need major
work with 45k miles (it's a 1994) What does a tranny rebuild cost?
