Michelle,

Two things. Firstly, you initially placed no restrictions of use on the
article. Which doesn't really matter because, secondly, I am simply
quoting you for informational purposes, which constitutes no violation
of copyright. You are properly credited, as well.

I have spoken to a litigation attorney today (who also happens to be
one of my best friends) who looked at my blog. He assured me that I am
in no violation of your intellectual property rights.

Furthermore, this post is a Usenet thread, which has already spidered
itself to thousands of servers across the world by now. It cannot be
removed, even if I wanted to do so.

US Code 17, outlining Fair Use of Copyrighted Material, states that
'fair use' includes "quotation of excerpts in a review or criticism
for purposes of illustration or comment."

In short, Michelle, I'm not removing ***. If you feel like you need to
put me on notice, go right ahead. Just be aware that my attorney works
for free.

Kindest regards,
