I have a friend whose real name is "Dick Bones". To add insult to injury,
he is a retired Junior High school math teacher. He insisted he was
addressed as "Mr. Bones" to his students. His friends call him Dickey.

Heh, I once interviewed with a Chief Pilot named Richard Head. As I was
unable to suppress a grin when he introduced himself he said, "go ahead,
everybody gets ONE shot I'm used to it." So I sez, "Hi dickhead, nice to
meet you!" I didn't get the job. <g>
