Converted a coupla laptops from Windoze Vista to Windoze 7 recently and it went ok, just took a while. OTOH, I've got a tower I want to set up as a server and it's using XP. Windoze 7 won't auto update from XP, and I'm sure not from 95 either, so IIRC you have to backup everything and reinstall all your software and stuff, right? PITA!

In addition, I have some edu software that I have to run for school that autoloads under XP, but won't run under W7 at all. This is better, how????
