I'm fully aware that higher octane, slower burning fuel does nothing to
improve
performance if it's not required for the engine. My question was about
experience
with octane boosters since I often have a hard time finding premium. My
owner's manual recomends
it and when I've put in regular I got detonation .. I thought it was a
resonable
question.
