actually I was just throwing numbers so let me pull up my amort
program, ok starting the loan feb 1st

$150,000.00 dollar loan at 30 years 6% fixed rate. is, over the life
of the loan, total monies .........$ 323,758.80
(no property taxes or insurance is added at all) what? a grand a year
these days for insurance? taxes another 2k? that is another 90k
roughly, over 30 years?

If yer gonna do that, lets use real numbers......although the house
cost me $150K, my loan was for $120K........which is running for 30
years at 5%.

lets just add 80k to that figure for taxes and insurance

Let's not.......I don't borrow THAT money, it's collected and
dispersed separately....no interest is calc'd on it.

so if you sold! and paid a realtor 6 % commission $20,400.00
totaling $344158.80 add $80,000.00 for taxes and insurance for 30
years, it cost you about $84,000.00, plus whatever repairs
upgrades mods, plus whatever other fees to sell for 30 year
regardless of over $84k dollars, <big grin>

My realtor is a buddy, last house deal I did he took $1K for my old
house sale, and got his commission from the builder of my new place.

its still cheaper than renting for 30 years <big grin>

ok ok that is all just assuming a 30 year stay in the house and the
market value only increased that houses value from 150k to 340k

that was fun, but now that I think about it, kind of depressing!

dont sell!!!!!!!
<grin>

But if I sold now........I'd pocket about $100K.....<sfsf>, which
would have to go towards another place to live.....

take the combine drivers brought in from South Africa because No one
from this country will work all day for (roughly) 12 bucks a
hour!!!!!! hell those paying them from south Africa also have to pay
there round trip and places to stay while they are here flat say they
would pay more for local drivers!

Only reason can get away with paying those low wages is because of
the illegals in the economy they can victimize. When the illegals are
out of the economy, wages either go up to a livable standard to fill
those jobs, or the companies go outa business. I believe the wages
will go up......
Here in Arizona, starting January 1st it's illegal to hire an illegal
alien. If ya get caught, ya lose your business license.

Some companies are already whining about lack of people in the hiring
"pool".....you betcha....nobody is gonna do that work for $6. Once
the wages go up high enough, people will start applying....the jobs
will get filled, and the work will get done.

With 10% of our workforce here in Arizona (prior to Jan 1st) being
illegal, where do ya think we'll get the folks to fill those
jobs...yep, off the unemployment and welfare rolls.....<sfsf>

What a country.....

You guys all need to be stopped. What's it gonna take? Free drinks? Done!
A round with Shirley's "neice" in the storage closet? Done! Collectable
nail from one of Roach's toes? Done! Name your cyber price.

not that I am interested but what does shirley's neice look like?!?!
