He didn't say that UN was out to get him. He said the UN hates the
US. Which is exactly correct.

So then you have some examples of how the report was manipulated
with the sole purpose of making the US look bad?

Did I say that report was manipulated? Or are you asking if I can
prove a UN bias against the US?

No, I'm asking if you can show bias in the report. It's fairly easy to
manipulate by varying the weights of each catagory they looked at. If they
gave Health Level a higher weight than, say, Financial Fairness, this may
have moved the US up the list and perhaps Canada's would slide down. The
question is, were these, or other items, set in order to give the US a lower
ranking? Likely impossible to prove, and again, since there isn't another
ranking system out there, I offered up that one in reponse to Bob about
where the numbers came from. Bob said that he thought Canada was 10th and
the US 19th, so maybe there's another ranking out there that I haven't seen.
I'd be happy to use those numbers as they don't contradict any of my points
that I'm aware of.

Get one for Tud on my Tab

Thanks.

The one I saw was several years ago from the WHO
