Run the wire into the box.
Hook up the ground wire to the other ground wires.
Hook up the neutral to the other neutrals.
Hook up the hot wire to the new breaker.
Snap the new breaker into place.
Remove the appropriate tab from the breaker panel cover.
Put the cover back on.
If you are really nervous you can always trip the main breaker while
you work on it.
Turn the breaker on.
Sounds like you've got plenty of experience with wiring. The second to the last thing I wired was a bathroom light fixture. It lasted about 2 years before the wire nut overheated from a bad connection that was apparently arcing profusely. Melted the wire nut and most of the insulation within an inch or so of the connection. After the wire nut let loose the connection came apart and the circuit went dead taking out 2 bedrooms worth of power. I called ARS (local repair company works on everything) and asked them to check my circuit breaker panel to be sure I hadn't lost a breaker since none were tripped but quite a few lights and outlets were out. They checked the panel and found all circuits were working in the box. The tech said he could find the problem but it would cost about $150 but I could probably do it myself. He suggested starting at the closest dead outlet/fixture to the breaker box and work my way away from it til I found the problem. Closest fixture was the bathroom light which was pretty scary to see. Could have burned the house down. Anyway the last thing I wired was the replacement fixture. Much more carefully I might add.
