Any Ideas?

you could start by reading through some of the older threads that
should answer a lot of your questions without rehashing things that
were discussed last week.

Well michael,
I did read about 18 posts on groundhog hunting,
8 or 10 slams on anything japanese,
20+ posts about vibrating HDs with loud pipes
and a couple dozen posts on drinking beer from a keg...

All more or less common themes around these parts ... Comes with the
turf.

I also read a few posts about a ride from Austin to Dallas and
beyond...

Ah, yes, the stories of folks venturing out, meeting up with one another
IRL, and coming back to the bar to tell the tales. One of the more
endearing customs of this group

Since I like to ride my bike more than read about beer drinking,
shooting woodchucks.

An admirable trait. Tho, when the ride is done, some of like to sit
around the ole VB&G and talk of such things ...

AND this group is about Harley Davidson motorcycles,

Well, no, not really. At least, not exclusively.

AND I'm having some problems with my HD Heritage,

Problems which are somewhat common, and which have been discussed a lot
....

AND I figured that there was some experience with HD products in this
group...

This is more true than you know ...

However, I am not willing to spend countless hours reading back posts
and wading thru tractless expanses of useless information...

Your loss [shrug] For myself, I have been thouroughly enriched by
thoughtful searching of the VB&G archives for all that has been
experienced and written about my bike.

So I asked a question that was spoken about last week...
Perhaps it might take several seconds to treply with your
experience...

As is the nature of this beast, you might obtain the nugget you seek
amongst the good-natured rabble. You have certainly received more than
one gentle nudge in the right direction. OTOH, one who has done their
homework, introduces themselves, and offers up a round or three often
gets more thoughtful responses.

Never mind...
I'll talk to some friends here in Florida instead...

You might buy them a round first ...

Buh Bye
