The issue is the amount of energy burned in the conversion. Converting
grain, or cellulose to ethanol burns so much energy that the exercise
is useless.
That grain is much better used to feed people.
Which we could feed to poor needy immigrants !
Right after which we could hook them up to Chinese-style
taxis, the ones they pull around ! That would solve the fuel
consumption problem of cars, too !
