Yeah, it's the story of the MoCo buying themselves back from AMF. It's
about them building a company culture, overcoming a decade or more of bad
reputation, adopting some of the then new management concepts, getting
employee involvment, customer feedback ... One might suggest that the MoCo
was on the right track in the early 80's and got off someplace. It is a
great read for busnessmen, managers, leaders, but it also is the story of
the Eagle flying alone.
