The Govenor was responsible for calling in HER STATES National Guard,
not
GWB. She didn't. Hell, the mayor was busy beggin for help instead of
getting HIS Police force off their asses to start taking control of that
City the next day....
And he's still bitching instead of addressing his city..
Those people stuck...
They knew for a week the storm was coming. Someone shoulda had
supplies ready at the Dome, and knowing that a lot of the poulous was
poor and couldn't leave for one reason or other, they shoulda had
things in place....

Govenor is First in this declaration of Disaster...They then Beg the
Fed Gobbernment for AID. Took her 2 days to do so.

NO police failed those stuck....They shoulda forced people out, used
City buses, School buses and anything else they could drive to
evacuate. The Mayor and Gov. Ordered it....People didn't listen

The problem is this BS idea that Americans have had since Billy and Al
were in DC..."I'm gonna do stupid *** and ya'll will help me when I
fail".

It started when they awarded that damned McDonalds coffee idiot money
for
her own stupidity.

The people stuck in NO, they are there, they did it to themselves, and I
don't
give 2 shits. White/Black- irrelevant. Stupidity needs no assistance
from me.
This is a drop of Chlorine in the gene pool as far as I am concerned...


Now if we could get a natural disaster to drown all the cagers on cell
phones............
