I stand corrected. I would actually need a sticker to ride on my
buddys property? Way wacky. If questioned and actually aware of that
law I suppose we'd just say both bikes were his.
That's always been my plan when riding on my land up north (west,
actually) with my unregistered buddies. I own all the machines, if
anyone asks.
Since I was riding
one I might end up ticketed anyway, but I'd take the chance before I
registered to ride on my buddies yard. Fortunately, with the finding
of the park in Dunbarton (or a surrounding town - not sure exactly
where, my buddy's always driven there) I actually have a worthwhile
reason to register.
If I rode Clough, I'd register. I plan on riding the Sullivan County
trails next year if I have time, and I'll register a couple of bikes
if I get out there. I've only been riding locally for the last few
years, however, and since the riding here is all technically illegal
anyway, might as well go for the gusto and break ALL the laws. Hur-
rah!!
