I would never take it personal! Who was that guy that was a half decent
player a few years ago? I think I read in some Argentinean newspaper he
turned out to be a child molester.. Pele?:)

Pele is a moron. He speaks "do you understand" all the time. I guess
he's the one who doesn't understand. Soccer players and illiterate
people who doesn't know any better. You might be right if he's a child
molester, I don't follow any news regarding soccer or soccer players.
Doesn't surprise me the least if he is a child molester.

***... if you already don't like the people I pull out of my ass to make
up nasty crap about, we won't be able to sustain any sort of disagreement.

Now, don't do like most americans and start saying brazilian capital
is Buenos Aires, ok? It's much like saying US capital is Mexico
City...

Hey.. I don't even have to look up that it used to be Rio and is now
Brasilia. When it comes to Mexican stuff, I defer to Scrape.

I want to go to Argentina someday. It's one of the few countries where
motorcycles are required to carry a fire extinguisher... But it is
also the south-est place on earth that you can get on a motorcycle. I
don't know if my little 250 is up to the task, but in 10 or 15 years I
am going as south as possible on it.

I have a friend down in Argentina... I remember a few emails from him back
in the 80's that actually told the back story as to why those fire
extinguishers became required equipment. Apparently some kid from... what
was it... Rosario?... totally burned his ass to the moon fucking around
with the electrics under the seat of his Yamaha. Think cremated here...
utterly horrific. It seemed like it was one of those news stories that
shocked the entire country... so much so that Yamaha actually took the
unprecedented step of actually naming a model after him. If I can find the
one that told that whole story on that kid from Rosario, I'll send it to
you.

-> my spanish teacher is argentinian. He is a nice guy who managed to
get me hating going to school... tengo clase hoy. mierda! LOL!

I wouldn't be too worried... they do say Argentina has the highest
standards in all of South America:)

You're right, but that was before Menem and Kirschner (sp?) former ARG
presidents. Back then, Argentinians were the only south americans who
had US Visa waiver, just like europeans, but the dream is over and
they are facing a very severe depression. US revoked their waiver
rights when unemployed argentinians started to flock to US. Now the #1
country is Chile. Chile, by several standards, is a 1st world country.

I have nothing against argentinians, but I feel they think they are
superior to brazilians. Even my teacher.... They might be right... I
really don't care. I am glad that I finished the 1 year course and am
able to read spanish now. wow. what a relief. If I'm taking
conversation classes in the future, I'm searching for a teacher from
another country.

Basically, I hate everyone south of northern Enfield CT (nothing personal),
so I find one party choosing to split hairs as to who sucks less down there
as de facto proof that they're all retarded:)

Our president is in charge for 6 years. He kept the good work of FHC,
who was in the chair for 8 years (two terms). Brasil grew so much in
those 14 years that now some Colombians and Paraguayans hate us...
LOL! We used to be a people that could go anywhere in the world and
shout "I'm brazilian, I'm brazilian" and that worked as a get out of
the jail free card. For the first time since ages, they are burning
brazilian flags... :-) I find that highly amusing.

We shouldn't speak Spanish in RMD, it pisses Scrape off.

I don't care for speaking spanish. It is a nice language, but it is
way too hard to master. Even to me that speak a "daughter" language
that if you come to think, it is even harder than spanish. I have to
speak spanish because of work...

My wife is of Portuguese descent... when I've heard the language, it always
sounds closer to Greek than Latin. But... you're in a better position than
I am... even though you're south of here:)
