Jup! Take care to release the spring after use by dialling in the lowest
torque setting possible. That will keep the calibration (if there is one)
longer. There's nothing worse than just _believing_ to tighten a bolt with
- say - 30Nm (22lb/ft) but actually more than 50 because of dirt in
delicate internal parts (that create additional friction) or a worn out
spring. Ontop of that: If the thread is oiled/greased, you'll have to
reduce the torque a bit in order not to strip it or snap the bolt.

uses torque wrench only for top-end jobs and probably fork interna.
