Re: WR250/YZ250 rattle.
the piston and rings are only 15 hours old. I was ridding it pretty
hard at the time. The noise came on quick, not gradually.
I remember an old mechanic friend trying to diagose the source of a
rattle in one of my cars years ago - he used a screwdriver pressed the
rubber handle to his ear and the metal point to various casing spots on
the engine... was he doing it for show? might give it a try...
