Damn!

Hope she gets through it without a permanent limp- that must freakin'
hurt.

Not a fan of suing punatively just because you can, but this one sounds
like some recompense would indeed be fair and right. Especially since
the covers magically appeared after an injury.

This is not like suing the supermaket because there was a wet spot and
you slipped (one time, the woman who sued was the one who made the
splill...)
