I have an iPod mini. I love the storage capacity and small size but
honestly, Windows 98 was more stable than this damn thing is. Maybe I
got a lemon but I've already had to replace the battery and mine was
new in May. When it locks up, which is often, all you can do is wait
for the battery to die completely.
iPods are not on any type of Windows OS so using them for a jump/thumb
drive is out. For the money, I think there are as good or better MP3
players out there.
