I was on BC for a long time, and then switched to HRT. After maybe 5 years I
stopped that and for the next 5 years I had hot flashes. Damn stuff just
postpones the inevitable. I guess I was lucky that that was the only symptom
(well, except the the weight gain, of course) and it was pretty light in
comparison to other women I've known.
