Hard to say which end is supposed to be the front on it. The gun in the
"turret" faces to the left, but so does the exhaust on the muffler.
There's a photo of the same vehicle on the 'experimental' page of the Japan
section of the TANKS! website (http://mailer.fsu.edu/~akirk/tanks/) ; the
site owner says that he has no information about the vehicle, but does point
out that the track and running gear are based on the Fordson Gun-Tractor
used as a prime mover by the Japanese army.
There's a picture of the Fordson Gun-Tractor in the 'prime movers' section
which shows the larger wheel at the rear, beside the driver; that makes it
look that the pointy end of the radio controlled thing is the front and that
both gun and exhaust point forward.
