Xtracolor X153 is the gloss version of this color (14031) which would
be useful if you will be applying any decals. The matte color is X152,

AFAIK, neither Humbrol nor Revell match this color. It's a darn
difficult color to match. Even under daylight, the color seems to
change. For me, under sunlight, it looks black. When the sky is
cloud-covered, it looks more green.

Sounds like it would be near-perfect for a GG1 in PRR trim. (That's an
electric railroad engine for the unknowing.)
