No access to USPS? Baloney. You have a computer and can conduct the
transaction online and the postman will pick up your package at your
mailbox. You don't need to spend big bucks on a scale to weigh your
package, the USPS will trust your best guess.
I'm 100% disabled and can't drive, but I manage to get to my mailbox, and I
don't charge anyone a premium for the effort it takes to do so.
There are those who try to make a profit from shipping and handling, the
reason is simple, ebay does not get a cut for that portion of the
transaction.
I don't waste my time sending dishonest persons emails, or make a fuss. I
just refuse to bid on their items.
