Mr. Shatzer shows that he understands how the propellant burns so his insistence on using his "linear" method must be an attempt to alter the data to fit his preconceived notions. Not simple stupidity or ignorance.

But I suppose we should give him a break, and a boot out the door, as he is obviously just a bomb disposal technician operating way out of his depth.
