I bought the USB interface a while ago. It works fine. I am certain that
other suppliers exist - Google is your friend! And maybe eBay, too.

FMS is certainly the best-looking freeware RC flight sim, but I personally
prefer these two because I think that they better replicate the "feel" of a
real model:

While these sims cater for powered flight, they are really focused on
soaring.
