Hello,

Basically, I need something about nutrition, about overall training

tips (like: buy an elastic cord to help you to do chin ups) and all the
other subject that a noob like me should read.

Jog when You can do it consistently. There is not a significant
difference between jogging in the morning or at night. If You can jog
consistently in the evening, but only sporadically in the morning, Your
best bet is to jog in the evening. Heat will play a far bigger factor as
to the best time to jog. From the respect, mornings might be better, but
if it is not hot enough for the temperature to negatively impact You,
then there is little need to worry about it.
Yeah, a rubber band can help with pull-ups, or You could do floor
assisted pull-ups. For those, position the bar so it is just below Your
chin when You are standing up. Bend Your knees until Your arms are
straight, then pull Your self up to the bar. Use You legs to provide the
bare minimum assistance necessary to get Your chin to the bar. Another
option would be to get a stool and do negatives. That is where You start
in the 'up' position (that is where the stool comes in) and lower
Yourself down as slowly as possible. Essentially it is the same thing as
a flex-arm-hang. You are doing the eccentric portion of the movement,
which is where as much as 60% of strength gains come from.
