At least as much as a the average parrot. Evidence of much more than that
is decidedly lacking.

Repeating "hope, change" over and over again is _not_ a sign of
intelligence.

Nor is "57 states." Nor is "I'll be working with them for 8-10 years." Nor
is talking "hope, change" and then picking the quintessential example of
"business as usual in Washington" as his running mate.

Frankly, he's a post turtle.
