I believe that the policy statement has been heavily influenced, by
among other things the IPCC report. Evidence is mounting regarding the
biases used by the IPCC. It is even recorded, by the IPCC on many
occasions.

"Incontrovertible" is a pretty strong statement for a physicist to make.

It is indeed. Extreme language such as that also makes me suspicious
about the intent beind the statement. When is the last time you saw a
physicist use such a term to describe *any* theory, even Maxwell's?
