Righting Wrongs (w/Cynthia Rothrock)

Hi all - I just saw this torrent of the famous kung-fu movie "Righting
Wrongs": http://cinemageddon.org/details.php?id=8385

For those that don't know this is one of the most important kung fu
movies ever made. The torrent has all the extras including interviews
with Cynthia Rothrock, Peter Cunningham, and Yuen Biao.

Anyways I was wondering, if anyone knew where to purchase this on DVD?
AFAIK it's only available on VHS and I don't have a VHS player
anymore.

And I haven't seen it in a store in 20 years.
