How does that counter my contention that this crisis is manufactured and that the morgages were mis-sold by those who knew better?

did not set up a branch in the ghettos, it was penalized. If that
bank in the ghettos did not make loans, they were penalized. They
could not win. So they rolled with it and made the loans.
