You dumb ***.... loans were *forced* through by the CRA. If a bank did not set up a branch in the ghettos, it was penalized. If that bank in the ghettos did not make loans, they were penalized. They could not win. So they rolled with it and made the loans. Now the Dems are acting like they can't figure how anyone but "predatory lenders" can be at fault. Libs start all this bleeding heart crap and then never stand up and take the blame. Sort of like Clinton and 9/11, eh?
