As a condition of saving Citigroup's ass Dubai got a nice slice (4.9%) just
for recycling $7.5 billion of USian confetti. That's on top of SA's (Walid
bin Talal) stake of 5% for bailing them out in the 90s. Little by little
the US crown jewels are being sold off as the dollar implodes.
