I have a news flash for you. In this country, we rebuilt San Francisco
without FEMA, we rebuilt Galveston without FEMA, we rebuilt businesses,
families and housing in this state without FEMA. How did we do all that? We

Police and EMTs are locally paid. The federal govt should *** out there.
