Because I was staying home from work waiting for the contractions to get
close enough to go to the hospital for delivery.
The car was packed, the boy was prepared for drop off, we were timing
contractions, everything was a go. I was just *waiting*. It was either
mess around online or wash dishes.
Hell even I take a few days off when the
wife is having kids.
I am taking a few days for her. Right now I'm off-lining mail & usenet.
This message is being typed in-between feedings and the wife and baby are
asleep. I should be too but I'm a bit wired.
