So this begs the question, What do you do if someone who is way taller
than you strangles you and he's so tall that you can't reach his eyes
with your fingernails?

For that to be the case, he'd need a reach that is at least about one hand
longer than yours, if he doesn't then obviuously jab into his eyes with
fingertips.

It'd be great to have one move that simultaneously breaks the grip and
incapacitates him but really you've gotta do it step by step. First thing,
hurt or stun him to loosen the grip. Kick anything sensitive like shins and
balls, poke his eyes and throat. Keep moving and be uncooperative. Once
you've stunned or hurt him then various windmilling techniques to sweep the
hands away are easy to look up all over the place. If anything doesn't
work, try something else and then try something else and then try the first
thing again, his pain will mount up and if you're lucky maybe you only have
to keep alive until he's dragged off, you don't necessarily have to 'win'.

If you're pushed back against a wall then a lot of ways of breaking free
won't work so well as you can't twist or retreat, so try breaking some of
his fingers, that'll really hurt. I recommend that last because it's a fine
or small movement and when you're scared and pumped with adrenalin it's much
easier to make and control large movements.

Oh and seeing as this is RMA, and even though I'm British, I'll get there
first this time; "Pull out a gun and Shoot Him". :o)
