2 day Seminar with Guru Jim Ingram

Amerindo Self Defense is based on the Indonesian martial art of
Pentjak Silat. The style is composed of multiple strikes,
takedowns, sweeps, joint locks, grappling/wrestling, ground, knife,
and stick fighting. This system is a combination of
finesse, applying physics, knowledge of anatomy, and how energy is
directed. The emphasis is on economy of motion and
efficient self defense.

Guru Ingram has been practicing and teaching this art for longer than
most of us have been around and moves likes
someone half his age. A rare opportunity not to be missed!

From 290 West- Take the RT-70 exit- EXIT 20- (toward LINCOLN ST. /
BURNCOAT ST). Take the ramp toward BURNCOAT ST.. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT
onto N PARKWAY DR. N PARKWAY DR becomes RANDOLPH RD. Turn LEFT onto
BARBER AVE.
