Has anyone here used MA against gang-bangers?

I can't stand these assholes who walk around mad-doggin' with they
skinny asses and baggy ass jeans down to thier shins... do they even
have a CHANCE in a fight wearing those clown pants? Seems they'd go
down quick especially against a trained martial artist.
