IN the Haliverse, "freedom" means only the freedom to do what Hal agrees
with--the same "freedom" granted by tyrants throughout history. This is
actually a case where I don't think it would even invoke Godwin's law to
point out that even Nazi Germany allowed the Freedom to agree with the
ruling powers.
