I guess Hal didn't notice the Republican Controlled Indiana House
decreasing the BAP for DWI and increasing enforcement of drunk driving laws.
And I haven't heard Republican governor Mitch Daniels arguing for its
increase.

As Kirk has already pointed out elsewhere Hal thinks that if those
Republicans were *really* working for 'the good of the common people'
then the Republicans would stop booze.

Liberals are for bringing back prohibition!!!

It is the evil agents of the aristocrisy who force booze on the masses.
Drunk drivers are probably the victims in Hal's mind.
