We spar with aluminum training knives, and they *hurt*, and I think the
fact that we haven't had any broken ribs or injuries of that nature so
far is just luck. Still, *I* still think that training with dangerous
and painful tools like the aluminum trainer has value. But there is a
*reason* we don't do that kind of thing very often.
Self-called points make no sense to me.
Yeah, there'll be a *lot* of arguments over that one. But I'm not as
averse to it as you probably are.
